Return Policy
All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See Terms and Conditions.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled because we cannot get back your order when in transit. Yes, orders can be cancelled if you inform us on time before it has been shipped to you. Sometimes, we ship your tea orders the same day, so it is of utmost importance that you inform us as soon as possible. You can use our Support Area for that.
Returns
Since all of our products i.e. tea being a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns. Yes, if there is a case where you don’t like any of the teas you have ordered, you can write to us regarding the tea and we will see what we can do. We can send you another tea as a compensation or add a store credit to your account with which you can buy any other tea when you order next.
Refunds
As covered under “Returns” above, we can refund in full if you are not satisfied with the teas or add a store credit to your account with which you can purchase any of our other teas. The balance remaining will stay in your account and if additional amount is to be added while purchasing, the amount can be paid via your credit card, etc. See our FAQ section also.
General
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation or refund request, or to impose different or additional conditions.
