Darjeeling Black Tea is produced using the same tea plant, Camellia sinensis and is one of the fully processed tea. Darjeeling Green, oolong or Darjeeling White tea claiming to have this flavor is not accurate. And yes, only chinery variety will have the fullest muscatel flavor, not Assamica or clonals. They may acquire fruity flavors, but not this flavor in a distinct way.
