Each city, state and country has its own requirements for doing business. As long as you fulfill your local requirements, you can purchase from Thunderbolt Tea. Kindly consult your country norms for importing tea. This you can update us and we will follow accordingly.

Since you are buying in terms of wholesale, the minimum bulk wholesale tea quantity which you can buy is 5 kgs of a particular tea. You can add mix varieties of different teas with a minimum quantity of Darjeeling Tea 1kg price for each variety. Meaning one variety should be at least one kg.

Thunderbolt Tea does not offer special payment terms wholesale rate of Darjeeling Tea as all orders must be paid in full at the time of the order and before the shipment is dispatched.

If you’re looking for a specific single estate tea or a particular tea that you would like us to source for you, we encourage you to let us know by e-mailing us or calling at +91-9609797295. Please bear in mind that for this the tea order quantity has to be 10 kgs minimum of a particular tea because tea gardens don’t sell in retail and we have to buy in bulk.

Thunderbolt Tea processes all orders within 24-48 hours of payment receipt because we have to custom pack your teas. The time it takes to arrive depends on your geographical location and the option you have chosen for the shipping. Indian Postal Service usually takes 10-15 days for delivery within India and around 30 days for International orders. Courier shipping through Fedex/DHL takes maximum 7 working days (which does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for delivery anywhere in the world. Choose the appropriate shipping method while you are checking out.

We will contact you if your order contains backordered or discontinued products that were just sold out. If the product has been discontinued, your order will automatically be canceled. If the product has been backordered, we will let you know how long it will take to come back into stock and it will be your choice to either cancel the order or keep it open.

If an order is short shipped, if the wrong tea was sent, or if merchandise is damaged or defective, Thunderbolt Tea will definitely look into the matter and solve it accordingly.

Cost of shipment depends on the mode of shipment chosen by the customer. India Post which can take upto 30 days for delivery or courier services like Fedex which takes 7 working days. Your shipment cost will also depend on the quantity ordered using volumetric dimension. You will get the cost of shipping while you are checking out.
